Admissions Process

We welcome students from Lunga Lunga and across Kwale County. Our admissions process is straightforward and transparent.

    Visit the School Office
    Come to the school during working hours (Mondayโ€“Friday, 8amโ€“4pm) to collect an application form or speak with the Admissions Office.

    Submit Your Documents
    Provide your KCPE certificate or results slip, birth certificate, transfer letter (if applicable), and passport photos.
  • 3
    Meet With the Principal
    A brief interview with the student and parent/guardian to discuss expectations, school rules, and academic placement.
  • 4
    Complete Registration & Fees
    Pay the required school fees and receive your admission letter, uniform guide, and booklist. Welcome to Lunga Lunga Senior School!

Term 1 Registration & Reporting Date
All students are required to report on the first day of term. New students should arrive with all required documents and fees. Latecomers will require a letter from a parent/guardian.

KCSE Mock Examination Schedule
Form 4 students will sit their mock examinations this term. The timetable will be issued by the Deputy Principal. All candidates must be in school by 7:30am on exam days.

Parents & Guardians Meeting
The school invites all parents and guardians to the termly meeting to discuss student progress, school fees, and upcoming events. Attendance is strongly encouraged.

Inter-School Sports Competition
Lunga Lunga Senior School will participate in the Kwale County inter-school games. Students interested in representing the school should register with the Sports Master by end of week.

School Fees Payment Reminder
All students are reminded to clear outstanding school fees by the end of the third week of term. Students with balances may not sit internal examinations. Payment plans available on request.

The school has received updated guidelines from KICD regarding the CBC Senior School pathway. Subject selection meetings will be held for Form 1 students joining Senior School this term.
